How does a Personal Coaching work with me?
1. First meeting: get to know each other
We'll connect and see whether it fits us both personally. We'll talk about my basic approach as a coach, clarify your open questions and can discuss further details such as your personal expectations, goals and needs, your timetable and the costs.
If we decide to work together we'll arrange time and place and we start our first training session together.
If you live in Biarritz or around we can make appointements in the parc or at the beach but we can also meet up at your home or at work!
My Personal Coaching offers the advantage that it takes place anywhere.
So if you live somewhere else, you are on a business trip or on vacation, or want to (continue) training with me during the current Corona crisis, my ONLINE Coaching sessions are the ideal solution for you (via ZOOM)!
